Settlers Ridge

Executive enclave of semi-custom quality homes

Belleville is growing by leaps and bounds, and the latest leap has been over the 401 and into a fast growing pocket between Highway 62 and Highway 37. The development, dubbed Settlers Ridge, has become much sought-after by a higher income demographic attracted to the builders’ high-end finishes, thoughtful designs, and the residents’ consistent pride of ownership.

Settlers Ridge features Duvanco homes, Mirtren homes and Geertsma homes. They have built quality single family homes as well as some townhomes and condos. The area’s consistent design and close proximity to the 401, uptown shopping and amenities have also been a draw for members of the military and Belleville more affluent residents.

Settlers Ridge is quickly extending Belleville northward. Subdivisions were initially developed near Maitland Drive, but are now fast approaching Sunningdale drive. Where to next? The only way is up…to Vermilyea Rd. Meanwhile, this area is still somewhat surrounded by wilderness, the neighbourhood’s many walking trails make communing with nature easy. Nevertheless, walking anywhere else can be more challenging and having a car to run errands is a necessity here.

Still, an abundance of community centres, playgrounds, parks, golf courses, and a bowling alley mean there is plenty of fun to be had nearby and quiet neighbourhood streets to come home to.

Belleville is growing north and Settlers Ridge is at the forefront of the boom. With many future phases underway and yet to come, there are years of housing stock in this area.
